About Molloy Hucker
We are a downtown law firm with a dedicated team run by four senior members of the profession. We use our vast experience and our expertise to provide a service that’s a little bit different from what you expect.
We have always believed that legal services should be human first and foremost. While the subject matter is often complicated and the outcome critically important, that doesn’t mean that it can’t be done with friendliness, personality, and even a sense of humour.
Gerard Molloy
Partner

He has taken the lead on capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, providing strategic advice to boards of directors and complex commercial agreements.
Gerard enjoys providing advice on property matters and asset planning advice. He is often called upon to provide guidance and strategic advice in relationship property litigation and estate claims.
Outside the office he has tried and failed at surfing, snowboarding, fishing and playing guitar. He now has his sights set on swimming.
Here’s what some of his clients say about him.
